  A successful bid will entitle you to:

- publish the console and other versions of Chuckie Egg - a perfectly formed replica of the much-loved home computer game, with 3D voxel-style graphics - for contemporary systems including but not limited to Nintendo Switch, Sony PlayStation and Microsoft Xbox as well as mobile devices including but not limited to iPhone and to online platforms including but not limited to Steam.

Except to extent described here your successful bid will not entitle you to any rights to the platform game, developed by Nigel Alderton and published by A&F Software in 1983, as the first game in the Chuckie Egg series.

Elite Systems Ltd was incorporated in England in 1984, with company registration number 01840901 and is arguable the oldest continually operating developer and publisher of computer and video games in the UK. The assignable rights were granted to Elite Systems Ltd pursuant to agreements with Nigel Alderton / Chuckie Egg Limited, its successors and assigns. Some of those agreements do not have 'sunset clauses'.
